
Anthony Thomason is one of the contributors to Unapologetically Catholic. In his early thirties, Anthony is a devout Catholic Christian convert. He married his high school sweetheart at the age of 20 after 4 years of dating. They have 3 beautiful, intelligent, and loving children all under the age of 8.
Anthony attended the University of West Georgia where he obtained the following degrees:
-B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy
-B.A. in English Literature
-M.A. in Philosophical Psychology
-M.A. in Teaching Secondary Education
-Ed.S in Curriculum and Cultural Studies
Professionally, Anthony has worked as a psychotherapist for the past 10+ years with an emphasis in Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic [Lacanian] practice.
​ Anthony also is an English Literature Secondary Education Teacher and a Confirmation and Young Adult Catechist at his local parish.
His philosophical and theological interests are the following: Catholicism, various schools of Thomism, psychoanalysis, existential-phenomenology, political philosophy, philosophy of education, and philosophy of mind.
In his very rare free time, Anthony enjoys blacksmithing, woodworking, and designing and creating Catholic apparel and goods.
